Light-Seq is a new method for spatial sequencing.
How it works
We use light to attach DNA GPS tags to RNA sequencing reads in biological samples and then read them out with standard next generation sequencing. This allows us to image a tissue under a microscope, specifically sequence selected cell populations, and then return to the sample later to image it again.
